Job summary

A leading luxury hotel group in Riyadh is seeking a Cost Control & Analysis specialist to manage food and beverage costs, ensure compliance, and support budgeting activities. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and 2–3 years of experience in hospitality. The role focuses on monitoring costs, conducting analyses, and collaborating closely with culinary teams to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality group.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and costing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with F&B and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily food and beverage revenues and costs against budgets.
  • Supervise receiving procedures and coordinate stock takes.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
