The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in OT security, risk assessment, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OT security strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's business objectives and risk management policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of OT security professionals to ensure effective security operations.
• Conduct thorough risk and vulnerability assessments of OT systems, identifying threats and recommending appropriate mitigations.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure an integrated approach to overall security policies.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents related to operational technology.
• Manage relationships with OT vendors and service providers to ensure compliance and adherence to security best practices.
• Implement training and awareness initiatives for staff on OT security measures.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in OT security to ensure a proactive security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are highly desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in OT security roles, including proven leadership in risk management and incident response.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and critical infrastructure security challenges.
• Experience with relevant security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network monitoring.
• Effective leadership and team‑building skills, with the capability to influence at various organizational levels.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
