Experience Creative Manager

We’re looking for an Experience Creative Manager, a senior creative mind who defines how guests feel, interact, and engage within our events and activations.

About the Role

As part of the Creative Division, the Experience Creative Manager is responsible for shaping the emotional journey and human experience behind every project.

You’ll translate a brand’s purpose and a project’s goals into an immersive, story-driven experience, from the first point of arrival to the final touchpoint.

This role collaborates closely with the Branding & Graphic Design, Experiential & 3D Design Teams and Project Management Division to ensure all creative layers come together seamlessly to deliver a purposeful, memorable, and on‑brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the emotional narrative, guest flow, and interaction journey for each event or activation.
  • Conceptualize and curate experience layers such as:

Event program & agenda: flow, pacing, and content direction.

Interactive experiences: digital, physical, and sensory engagements.

Catering & hospitality: service style, presentation, and thematic approach.

Entertainment: performances and live elements aligned with the brand tone and story.

Gifts & customized items: thoughtful details that enhance the overall experience.

  • Collaborate with Branding & Graphic Design, Experiential & 3D Design Teams to connect human experience with spatial and visual design.
  • Work with Project Management Division to ensure creative ideas align with budget, schedule, and operational realities.
  • Support concept proposals and pitches through experience‑led storytelling and guest‑journey visualization.
  • Provide creative input during vendor selection, sampling, and approvals to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Research trends in culture, entertainment, and interactive engagement to inspire innovative concepts.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or event management.
  • Strong conceptual and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into emotion‑driven experiences.
  • Proven ability to connect strategy, creativity, and human behavior.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across creative and production teams.
  • Awareness of trends in entertainment, hospitality, interactivity, and audience engagement.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
