Steps from the Prophet's Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city's 1.5 million annual visitors. The new‑build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an‑Nabawi, also known as the Prophet's Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of People and Culture to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Hotel Madinah; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal of that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience. You will also be responsible for developing the learning quality and experience on property; delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long‑term business success.
