We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Secretary with 8–10 years of proven experience supporting senior executives. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage confidential matters and complex schedules in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and official appointments.
  • Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) and office documentation.
  • Support office operations and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar executive secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
