Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to proactively identify new clients and develop relationships with HR leaders. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of sales experience and a strong understanding of the Saudi market. This role requires proficiency in CRM platforms and excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Job Specifications

  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market particularly the central & eastern region.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients, influencers, and market contacts.

  • Understand client needs and propose workforce solutions tailored to their sector (e.g., government, semi-government, private).
  • Monitor project developments and upcoming tenders across major sectors.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
