This role entails managing the CEO's calendar, overseeing office operations, and preparing critical documents. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience supporting executives, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Office Manager / CEO Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our CEO and the Executive Office.
This critical role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong ability to anticipate needs, and the capacity to thrive in a demanding, high-profile environment.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the entertainment, media, or related creative industries.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management software.
