☀️ Hiring: Executive Managing Officer (EMO) – Solar PV Project

📍 Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia

Lead the operations, governance, and strategic direction of a landmark utility‑scale solar PV project in Saudi Arabia. As Executive Managing Officer (EMO), you’ll oversee project execution, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability — ensuring alignment with shareholder, lender, and regulatory expectations while advancing the Kingdom’s renewable energy goals.

What you’ll do:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Project Company’s operations, finance, governance, and stakeholder relations.
• Ensure compliance with PPA, EPC, O&M, and financing agreements throughout construction and operation.
• Provide strategic leadership to deliver safe, efficient, and cost‑effective project performance.
• Manage relationships with EPC and O&M contractors to ensure quality, schedule, and performance KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor technical and financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, covenants, and board‑approved objectives.
• Oversee project risk management, audits, insurance, and statutory compliance.
• Report to the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on project status, performance, and key decisions.
• Foster a strong culture of HSSE, corporate integrity, and sustainability.
• Lead and develop internal teams to ensure operational excellence and talent continuity.
• Represent the Project Company with lenders, offtakers, government authorities, and key external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in power generation, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years in executive or project leadership.
• Strong understanding of IPP frameworks, project finance, and long‑term asset management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale solar PV or renewable energy projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and Board reporting skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial, technical, and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
