As part of our ambitious Vision 2030 initiative, we are seeking an Executive Director‑Partnerships and Distribution to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive partnership and distribution strategies across all Qiddiya offerings. This position is pivotal in establishing and nurturing key relationships with external partners to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall project success. Your leadership will help shape the strategic direction of partnerships, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s core values while enhancing the customer experience through diverse distribution channels. You will engage with a variety of partners – from government entities to global brands – to cultivate collaborative opportunities that elevate the Qiddiya experience and foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership framework to enhance both local and international brand collaborations that contribute to Qiddiya’s long‑term vision.
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of comprehensive partnership agreements that align with organizational goals while maximizing value for all stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for distribution enhancements across various platforms, ensuring optimal reach to target audiences.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams in the assessment of partnership opportunities, risk evaluation, and operational execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure successful integration of partnership initiatives into overall brand strategies.
  • Foster relationships with government and regulatory agencies to align partnership initiatives with national strategies and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends to drive innovation and keep Qiddiya at the forefront of entertainment and tourism development.
  • Establish performance metrics to assess partnership effectiveness and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Qiddiya at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our vision and engaging with potential partners.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications
