The Role

As Commercial Executive Director, you’ll take the lead in defining and executing an ambitious commercial strategy that fuels revenue, drives innovation, and supports dynamic partnerships. From strategic planning to due diligence, joint ventures, and go-to-market success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a major impact at a pivotal stage in growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial planning in line with business goals and five-year forecasts.
• Drive feasibility studies, financial modelling, and business case development for key real estate projects.
• Identify and structure investment and partnership opportunities, including JVs and project financing.
• Guide sales and marketing efforts to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Establish and oversee clear roadmaps and commercial frameworks to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new business opportunities for commercial, technical, and financial viability.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across development, projects, and executive leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to keep the business competitive and forward-thinking.
• Contribute to business planning, risk assessments, and long-term strategic initiatives.
