Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, asset management, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of +25 years of experience in asset management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale cultural, entertainment, or hospitality projects, preferably Opera Houses or similar venues.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with government entities, investors, and cultural organizations.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental best practices in asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and government entities.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting for the Opera House.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cultural sector.
  • Prepare regular reports on asset performance for stakeholders.
