About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant to the CEO – someone highly organized, discreet, and professional, with excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and meeting materials under tight deadlines.
- Act as the CEO’s primary liaison for internal and external communications.
- Attend key meetings, capture minutes, and ensure follow‑up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, strategy sessions, and executive events.
- Track deadlines, prioritize urgent matters, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Support the executive team with documentation, filing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong alignment with departments across the company on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO/Chairman/C‑Suite).
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written). Must be native Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with tools like Zoom, SharePoint, or Google Workspace is a plus.
