Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management:Proactively manage the CEO's daily schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Communication Management:Act as the primary point of contact for calls and correspondence, filtering and prioritizing information to ensure the CEO's time is protected.
- Board and Executive Support:Assist with all aspects of board meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel and Logistics:Plan and arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for the CEO and potentially other executives.
- Project and Task Management:Lead or support special projects on behalf of the CEO and help manage projects from the CEO's office.
- Information and Records Management:Maintain and organize critical documents, files, and contacts, ensuring efficient information retrieval.
