Really good opportunity to work for a very talented Hospitality Professional as their Executive Assistant or Executive PA – we need someone who can provide top level assistance for this high level Executive, but also someone who is very passionate about people and delivering excellent service!

Executive Assistant Role to Head of Hospitality Duties:
  • Calendar management for executive
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, requests and follow ups and assisting the Director's personal commitments as needed
Ideal Candidate for this EA role must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English and Arabic -written & spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced Google Suite experience (GMail, calendar, docs, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Zoom and MS Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, diary management, administrative coordination and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary package offered: SAR35-50k dependent upon experience
