This role focuses on supporting executive roles in their day-to-day activities. May support one executive or a small number of executives
Schedules and coordinates meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
Manages administrative tasks (for example : purchase requests, expenses report, report writing)
Acts as the interface with internal and external interlocutors
May work on support presentations / documents / files
