Owen Reed is looking for a Business Coordinator / Executive Assistant for a top law firm in Saudi Arabia.

This is a newly created opportunity to support a brand-new KSA office, working closely with three Partners and contributing to the successful establishment and day-to-day operations of the firm’s regional presence. The role combines high-level Executive Assistant support with office coordination and administrative responsibilities, offering excellent exposure within an international legal environment.

Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Business Coordinator / Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive EA and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting key stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for three Partners.
  • Arranging client meetings and maintaining client contact details within the CRM system.
  • Assisting with drafting internal and external communications and bulletins.
  • Supporting key initiatives and collating content for annual client-facing reports.
  • Handling general office management and administrative tasks to support the newly opened office.
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organised professional with strong Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment. You will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Previous office management or business coordination experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A creative and solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
