Job description
Position Purpose:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role plays a critical part in expanding the companys customer base and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives and maintaining quality of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer needs.
  • Follow up on open quotes and inquiries to ensure timely conversion to sales.
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders fulfil on time.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain presentability with Office Wear for any Face to Face Interaction to establish positive undertones for Client-Business Relationships.
  • Assist in resolving any post-sale issues or concerns.
  • Clear communicator for inter-departmental notes for any confirmed functions. This includes acting prompty for any last‑minute events to enable smooth transition from Sales to Operational Execution.
  • Upholds brand standards and contributes to a positive and professional team culture.
  • Supports new hire onboarding and contributes to training initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (reactive/inbound sales preferred). Should the business require candidates to visit external sites, this will be expected.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Opera system and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Preferred to have knowledge about high end events catering.
  • Energetic, proactive, takes calculated risks, and perseveres to attain goals.
  • Seeks and makes the most of learning opportunities to improve performance of self and/or others.
  • Works under pressure & must be a team player.
  • Good Time Management.
  • Must have good communication skills for both internal & external stakeholders.
