Responsibilities

• Execute the approved policies and procedures of the department to achieve set objectives.
• Participate in executing departmental initiatives and projects in line with the company's overall strategy.
• Prepare the company for tenders and ensure its accreditation by relevant authorities.
• Prepare and submit tenders and related claims in a timely manner.
• Prepare payment applications, conduct quantity surveying, and create necessary schedules.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, quantity surveying, legal, and other departments.
• Generate periodic reports on departmental activities and performance analysis.
• Provide necessary support to the direct manager.
