A leading international company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced ERP Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation of their Odoo ERP system across various departments. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, particularly in ERP implementations, and possess excellent communication skills. We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Coordinator to support the successful implementation and post go-live optimization of our Odoo ERP system across all departments: HR, IT, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong project management background, with experience in IT tools and a logical, problem-solving mindset. The ERP Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth integration, process alignment, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and beyond.
Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate Odoo ERP implementation across HR, IT, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance departments, ensuring timely completion of milestones, adherence to project timelines, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external vendors (Odoo), ensuring clear, concise, and consistent communication between all parties.
Process Support: Guide users in understanding, implementing, and optimizing the ERP system by ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements across multiple departments.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues arising during implementation, liaising with the ERP vendor to address system bugs, configuration issues, or user queries.
Training & Documentation: Assist in training users on ERP functionalities, ensure the creation and maintenance of clear documentation for internal users, and support continuous learning.
Post-go-live support: Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas of improvement and work on implementing necessary changes or improvements to the system.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in ERP implementations or IT tool management.
Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with ERP systems, ideally with Odoo or similar systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), and a solid understanding of IT tools and processes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and logical mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose solutions.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Odoo ERP system.
Previous experience supporting ERP implementations in a similar-sized organization.
Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization.
