Job description

Key Contributions.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and corporate policies
• Monitor environmental performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead implementation of site-specific sustainability programs and green practices
• Conduct environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Maintain and update the Environmental Management System (EMS) and related registers
• Track and report environmental KPIs, including waste, emissions, and energy usage
• Coordinate with departments to integrate sustainability into daily operations
• Develop and deliver environmental awareness and sustainability training
• Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on environmental matters
• Review and validate environmental aspects of projects, including EIA and mitigation plans
• Promote circular economy principles and resource efficiency across the site
• Advise management on environmental risks, opportunities, and strategic direction
• Organize sustainability campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of environmental compliance
• Collaborate with HSE teams to align environmental goals with overall safety strategy
