Responsibilities

• Provide support to guests in food and beverage processes.
• Record guest preferences and special requests.
• Seek feedback from guests and assist with comments.
• Implement menu knowledge of the IRD and restaurant.
• Update the Information board daily.
• Follow procedures for shift handover.
