Title: Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk Management

About the Client:
Our client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Manager, ERM to join their Enterprise Risk Management team. The role will focus on strengthening the bank’s enterprise-wide risk framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the bank.
- Develop and maintain risk methodologies related to capital adequacy, ICAAP, ILAAP, stress testing, and risk appetite.
- Oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes to ensure effective enterprise-wide risk oversight.
- Support the enhancement of policies, procedures, and governance structures related to enterprise risk.
- Lead risk assessment and scenario analysis projects to inform strategic decision‑making and capital planning.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and internal risk governance standards.
- Coordinate the preparation of Board and senior management reports, providing insights on emerging risks and control effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a small team of risk professionals, promoting a proactive risk culture across business units.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise or risk management within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including SAMA ERM, ICAAP, ILAAP, and Basel requirements.
- Proven track record in capital adequacy assessment, stress testing, and risk appetite setting.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (FRM, CFA, PRM, etc.) is an advantage.
