The position offers a blend of on-site and field work, encouraging collaboration and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of related experience in healthcare business.
  • Experience in multinational organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Medical or clinical background is a must.
  • Regional experience in Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Region is an added value.
  • Customer Lifetime Value awareness.
  • IT savvy and quick to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead identification of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage the entire small expansion sales process.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Create proactive touch points to customers.
