The Opportunity

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to work in the Central Utilities Department. To assist in the management / co-ordination of Maintenance service delivery to the Production departments. To assume full responsibility for the Manufacturing Engineering Group in the absence of the Senior Engineering Manager. To manage / co-ordinate the skills development of all staff within the Production Engineering Department

Candidates must have:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or bachelor’s degree equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role in leading a multi-skilled maintenance team in FMCG Engineering
• Experience in the Dairy or Food Industry is a prerequisite.
• Detailed Knowledge of PPM Implementation and Management
• Experience in conducting Health and Safety, and Quality Audits within the Food/Dairy Industry.
