Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dammam is seeking an experienced engineer to lead multi-discipline engineering execution for all project phases. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progress in EPC projects, with a strong background in working with Saudi Aramco or similar clients. Responsibilities include managing engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring engineering staff. Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering execution for all project phases (FEED, detailed design, construction support).
• Review and approve engineering deliverables (drawings, datasheets, material take-offs, technical queries, as-built documentation).
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement to develop technical evaluations and vendor pre-qualifications.
• Provide engineering support during construction, including site clarifications, design modifications, and interface resolutions.
• Manage and mitigate risks related to engineering deliverables and schedule impacts.
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization.
• Ensure alignment of engineering scope with contract requirements and project budget.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the engineering function in project meetings, client reviews, and audits.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related). Master’s preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Proven track record of delivering projects with Saudi Aramco or similar clients
• Experience in brownfield and greenfield projects, pipelines, and process facilities
