Position Summary:

Hill International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Interface Engineer (E2) to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The E2 will be responsible for managing the interface between various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a full-time position with a 5-year contract.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all engineering interface issues on assigned projects.
• Coordinate and manage the interface between different engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural.
• Develop and maintain engineering interface management plans to ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties.
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with engineering teams to identify and resolve interface issues.
• Review and analyze engineering designs and drawings to identify potential interface conflicts and propose solutions.
• Ensure that all engineering interface requirements are met and documented in accordance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of interface issues.
• Monitor and report on the progress of engineering interface activities to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and minimize delays caused by interface issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams on interface-related matters.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for engineering interface management.
