alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

  • Ceramic wall and floor tiles
  • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion. Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, contract management, and ensuring that the project is completed within its financial constraints.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Prepare estimates for labor, materials, and overheads
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Analyze drawings and specs for accurate forecasts
Budget Management
  • Monitor and report on budgets
