Alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

  • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Oversee and optimize the manufacturing process of precast concrete elements. Ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and safety protocols are met while coordinating with teams to achieve production targets.

Key Accountability Areas

Production Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of precast elements.
  • Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively to meet targets.

Process Optimization:

  • Implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
  • Use advanced technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Provide guidance on machinery, processes, and materials.

Resource Management:

  • Oversee procurement and management of materials to meet specifications.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on production status, issues, and improvements.

Project Support:

  • Integrate new projects into the schedule and meet specific requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and quality.

Cost Management

  • Monitor and minimize production costs while maintaining quality.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient management and improvements.
