- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Evaluate financial impact of design or scope changes and report findings.
- Review and verify subcontractor invoices and purchase orders.
- Support procurement, contracts, and finance teams in cost-related matters.
- Perform earned value analysis (EVA) to measure project performance.
- Ensure all cost data is accurately updated in Oracle / ERP systems.
- Maintain documentation of cost control procedures and reports.
- Assist in monthly cost review meetings and management reporting.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Construction, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in cost control within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems for cost tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with project management and budgeting concepts.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
