Overview

End User Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales to end-user customers, namely CPG and W&E segments for complete portfolio of Schneider Electric including energy management, automation, and digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key end-user accounts, including C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, etc.), decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing strategic insights on energy management, automation, and sustainability trends.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing Schneider Electric’s vision, innovations, and best practices that help customers achieve digital transformation and efficiency goals.
  • Understand customer business drivers and operational challenges, aligning Schneider Electric solutions to create measurable value.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets
  • Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities and project pipelines
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on end-user accounts.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and drive a culture of accountability and customer focus.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with Schneider Electric’s overall business strategy.
  • Project & Solution Selling
  • Promote Schneider Electric’s products, systems, and digital solutions for specific projects
  • Collaborate with technical and application engineers to tailor solutions for customers
  • Collaboration with Partners
  • Coordinate with channel management of distributors, system integrators, and panel builders involved in customer projects
  • Coordinate indirect sales channels to deliver end-user solutions
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Reporting & bFO Management
  • Record and track sales activities using CRM tools
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven B2B sales and project management experience
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills — ability to guide, motivate, and develop a sales team toward shared goals
  • Technical understanding of energy management, automation, or industrial systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and business acumen
  • Experience in building and maintaining C-level relationships and demonstrating thought leadership in the market
  • Fluent English, as the role involves communication with global and regional teams
