Responsible for managing and improving employee relations within the organization by addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment. Supports HR strategy by providing guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Language: English (Advanced), Arabic (Advanced).
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, and data reporting tools.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations.
