The Email Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions. This role focuses on segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization to maximize ROI across email channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop email marketing strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan campaigns including newsletters, promotions, automated sequences, and lifecycle emails.
- Define target audiences, segmentation strategies, and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with content, design, and product teams for campaign planning.
- Email Design & Content
- Write and design engaging email content optimized for opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Ensure emails adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Create responsive templates suitable for desktop and mobile devices.
- Personalize email messaging using dynamic content and segmentation.
- Marketing Automation & Execution
- Set up and manage campaigns within email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- Implement automated workflows, triggered emails, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Test and optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for performance.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics: open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and workflows.
- Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, deliverability, and conversion rates.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on email marketing performance.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Recommend process improvements and automation strategies to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
