Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

EpicPark

• Performs preventive maintenance works as per PM plan and schedule.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs on production equipment during production and performs scheduled PMs during gaps or downtime.
• Performs electrical skills including, but not limited to, minor mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, repair of processing, packaging, and can‑making machines.
• יגהreads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments.
• Uses ISO and machine manual procedures at all times when working on equipment.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performance of duties.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Completes required paperwork, including PMs, work orders, service reports, machine audits, safety engagement.
• Accountable for properly checking out of inventory of all parts that are being used.
• Helps out other mechanics as needed.
• Monitors production machines during production byFleet rolling to ensure all are running efficiently.
• Provides full support to machine operators as needed.
• May be required to perform other duties within the plant as required.

Requirements
