  • Inspect critical equipment and authorise energisation after maintenance.

Job Title : Electrical Supervisor Preventive Maintenance

Department : Engineering / Maintenance

Location : Saudi Arabia

Reporting to : Maintenance Manager / Engineering Head

Position Summary

The Electrical Supervisor Preventive Maintenance is responsible for planning, executing and continuously improving the preventive-maintenance program for all low- and medium-voltage electrical assets (switchgears, MCCs, transformers, motors, VFDs, lighting, emergency power, etc.). The role oversees a team of technicians, ensures strict compliance with safety standards and liaises with production, HSE and external contractors to minimise unplanned downtime. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to coordinate a multicultural workforce and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update PM schedules in the CMMS
  • Create detailed job plans, checklists and spare-parts lists
  • Ensure PM tasks meet NFPA 70B / IEC 60364 and OEM guidelines
  • Allocate daily work orders, brief technicians and verify task completion
  • Inspect critical equipment (panels, breakers, busbars, earthing, UPS, generators, lighting) and authorise energisation after maintenance
  • Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) for repetitive faults
  • Introduce predictive techniques (IR thermography, vibration, oil analysis) and update PM plans accordingly
