Job description

Investigate product problems at Customer sites and complete the corrective action necessary to achieve customer satisfaction

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products
  • Interface with relevant depts. to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated , tested and calibrated.
  • Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols.
  • Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
  • Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
  • Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action
  • Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products.
  • Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
  • Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in NCR investigations
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
  • Good relationship with Client, Supplier & ARM/NOV global team members
  • Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.
