Role Summary

The purpose of Executive Electrical is to ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across the facility. Follow EH&S company standard, procedures and make sure to develop, maintain safe workplace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across the facility.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, busbars, transformers, breakers, and switchgear.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of motors, control panels, UPS, and generators.
  • Inspect, test, and calibrate electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
  • Support production and utilities teams during planned shutdowns and urgent repairs.
  • Supervise electrical works performed by contractors and vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and work permits.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, SOPs, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical distribution, panels, breakers, and protection systems.
  • Experience with generators, UPS, and emergency power systems.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and SOP documentation.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures, GMP, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
