Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Tamayuz Program in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be undergraduate or graduate electrical engineering majors with experience in electrical distribution systems. The role includes developing Switchgear configurations and supporting Automation systems. This position offers a chance to contribute meaningfully in diverse environments, including Engineering, Proposals, and Factory settings.

Qualifications

  • Completed coursework in Electrical Power Systems Fundamentals.
  • Willingness to learn in the field of Electrical Transmission/Distribution Automation.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support in developing Switchgear configurations for medium voltage switchgears.
  • Assist in developing System Architecture for Automation systems.
  • Prepare and evaluate documentation for prequalification activities.

Join us as an Electrical Engineer for our Tamayuz Program in Jeddah or Riyadh. Candidate must be an undergraduate (Diploma) or graduate electrical engineering major with coursework and/or experience in electrical distribution systems and relay protection.

Currently, we are hiring individuals under the Tamayuz Program people for different fields (Factory Environment, engineering environment and Proposal environment).

Engineering Environment
  • Work closely with Senior engineers and technical experts in the field of Engineering services.
  • Support in developing Switchgear configurations and protection schemes activities for medium voltage switchgears
  • Support in developing System Architecture for Automation systems in the field of Power Systems
  • Organization, preparation, attendance, evaluation and documentation for the prequalification activities from engineering perspective.
  • Participation in addressing short-term issues in the context of day-to-day business
Proposal Environment
  • Work closely with Senior engineers and technical experts in the field of Proposals.
  • Support in developing Switchgear configurations activities for medium voltage switchgears
  • Support in developing System Architecture for Automation systems in the field of Power Systems based on customer tender specifications.
  • Organization, preparation, attendance, evaluation and documentation for the prequalification activities
  • Participation in addressing short-term issues in the context of day-to-day business
Factory Environment
  • Works closely with Senior Automation engineers in developing and implementing systems configuration and parameterization
  • Learn and adapt quickly in reviewing customer specifications
  • Participation in addressing short-term issues in the context of day-to-day business
Qualifications & Skills
  • Undergraduate (Diploma) or Graduate Electrical/Electronics or Computer science Engineering Major currently completed course and will to work and learn in the field of Electrical Power Systems Fundamentals, and other relevant courses related to electrical Transmission/Distribution Automation & Protection Automation Systems.
  • Passionate in the field of Power Automation systems
  • Must have flair for learning OT systems (Operational Technology)
  • Knowledge of electrical power engineering theory and/or electrical construction.
  • Must have working knowledge with MS Office.
