Job summary

A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a candidate for a role focused on testing and commissioning activities for EHV & HV substations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Saudi Electricity Company standards and preparing testing reports. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and ideally have 0-3 years of hands-on experience in the field. Excellent communication skills are also required for this position.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of hands-on experience in the testing & commissioning of HV/EHV substations.
• Preferred SEC-approved Engineer or with direct experience on SEC projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform Testing and Commissioning Activities for EHV & HV Substations.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate testing reports and commissioning documentation.

• Perform Testing and Commissioning Activities for EHV & HV Substations such as but not limited to: Scheme check, Equipment: TR, CB, DS, ES, VT, CT... etc.).
• Advanced Relays Testing (ABB, SIEMENS, SCHINDLER, SEL, SEL, ZIV...etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and safety protocols.
• Interface with project teams, clients, and contractors to Ensure Seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate testing reports and commissioning documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: (0-3) Years of hands‑on experience in the tasting & commissioning of HV/EHV substations.
• Preferred: SEC‑approved Engineer or with direct experience on SEC projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
