Job Overview

Jacobs is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings and Logistics Design team in Riyadh. You will be part of a large project team supporting the Electrical Design solutions on large scale projects produced to very high technical quality. The suitable candidate should have good design knowledge on the following systems:

• Electrical load estimation and calculations.
• Lighting design with control systems.
• Low voltage power distribution system design for lighting, small power, power supply to plants and technical equipment for Building Services.
• Standby power supply system design.
• Fire alarm system design.
• Knowledge of BIM is essential.

Here’s what you’ll need

• You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• Previous experience in Electrical Design on large projects.
• Experience in interdisciplinary coordination as an additional skill will be preferred.
• You will also be flexible to adopt new technologies.
