A leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manager, EHSS for their Yanbu site. The successful candidate will oversee occupational safety, health, and environmental compliance. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 12 years’ experience, along with certifications in safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for driving safety performance and culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a related field.
• Certifications: OSHAS, NEBOSH, IGC 1&2, ISO 19001.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities and ensure proper mitigation plans are in place.
• Manage a team of safety personnel to develop and implement safety policies.
• Ensure continued adherence to ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards.

Familiarity with SAP

Communication and negotiation

Data gathering, analysis & reporting

Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills
