We are seeking an experienced Educational Assessment Expert to design, implement, and manage assessment programs that support learning outcomes and educational quality. The role is critical in ensuring reliable evaluation, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement assessment tools and frameworks for students, programs, and educational initiatives.
• Analyze assessment data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for curriculum and instructional improvements.
• Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and stakeholders to ensure assessments align with learning objectives.
• Ensure validity, reliability, and fairness in all assessment processes.
• Support accreditation and compliance requirements through proper documentation and reporting.
• Monitor trends in educational assessment and recommend best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate assessment outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in educational assessment, evaluation, or measurement.
• Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies, psychometrics, and educational standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with assessment software and data management systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Measurement, Assessment, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience working in semi-government or public sector educational organizations.
• Knowledge of digital assessment tools, e-learning platforms, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience designing large-scale standardized tests is an advantage.
