A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Business Development Manager in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving business growth and establishing client relationships in the Eastern Region. Candidates should have over 5 years of business development experience, strong sales capabilities, and fluency in English and Arabic. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts in the Eastern Region.
  • Establish and nurture new client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plan and sales strategy.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to set goals and review performance.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
  • Research into customer product needs.
  • Gather client feedback to inform service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue leads through existing networks.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Create and implement effective action plans for lead generation.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposal presentations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Branch Manager.
