Overview:

Venus Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our VIP travel and transportation operations in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative and customer service support related to trip reservations, social media presence, and travel scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client communication and follow-up for trip bookings and itinerary planning
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Manage and update content on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
  • Coordinate with the operations team for seamless travel scheduling and support
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, client feedback, and reports

Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality (mandatory)
  • Command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support is preferrence
  • Interest or experience in the travel and luxury service industry is a plus
