The Sales Manager will manage and lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and generate new business opportunities.

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, tracking competitor activities, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales plans to achieve short- and long-term company sales goals for construction machinery in the Saudi market.
  • Lead and manage the Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing training to enhance performance.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research potential clients and market segments, establish contacts, and develop new business to expand the company's client base.
  • Maintain and Grow Client Relationships: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and providing after-sales support.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activity: Analyze market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor movements to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the sales of Saudi Arabian construction machinery products (including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, concrete equipment, etc.)
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and heavy machinery products
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Valid driver's license
