A leading manufacturer & supplier of Oil, Air, Fuel, Hydraulic Transmission, Coolant Filters & Industrial Products like: Hilliard, Mueller and Switch filtration located in Dammam - KSA required to hire the following position:


Job Title: Production Manager (Automotive Filter division)

Duties & Responsibilities of Production Manager
  1. Responsible for day – to – day production activities, overseeing the spin-on line, Air & Cartridge line, poly amide filter line, press shop and the workshop.
  2. Responsible for the preparation of production plans for air/Cartridge, Toyota filters, and Spin-on filters and delivery commitment at a lower cost, and all relevant daily, weekly & monthly production reports.
  3. Co-ordinate with other factories for synchronization of production operation plans and requirements.
  4. Responsible for the determination of filter bill of materials and computation of actual product man-hour costing.
  5. Co-ordinate with maintenance department for the repair of automatic and manual Hydraulic presses and eccentric presses.
  6. Co-ordinate development of HDFD Air Filter.
  7. Takes care of the factory facilities and premises including the areas of production, Warehouse & administrative building.
  8. Facilitate the holding of the weekly regular production meetings as well as special production meetings to plan, organize and strategize efforts into a common goal.
  9. Handles special projects as may be directed by the head of operations.
  10. Participate in technical discussions for new machinery of the industrial/equipment/tool installations, utilities, infrastructures, etc., as may be directed by the head of operations.
Language Requirements

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
English - Very Good

Additional Requirements
