Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Damamm, Saudi Arabia. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing all project-related documentation, ensuring smooth information flow and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

  • Implement and maintain an effective document control system for all project documentation
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents in a timely manner
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, stored, and easily retrievable
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather and organize necessary documentation
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
  • Maintain version control and track document revisions
  • Prepare regular reports on document status and project progress
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve document management processes
  • Ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian document control regulations and standards
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in similar projects
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and best practices
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian document control regulations and standards
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
  • Proven experience in Aconex
