Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Document Control Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s document management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing document workflows.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control policies and procedures
  • Manage the organization’s document management system, ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and version control of all documents
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document updates and revisions
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Train staff on document control procedures and best practices
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes for all managed documents
  • Analyze document workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT department to maintain and upgrade document management software
  • Prepare reports on document control activities and metrics for management review
  • Ensure proper archiving and retention of documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
  • PMIS experience is mandatory
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control, preferably rail projects experience.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and workflow optimization
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document control
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience
  • Certifications in document management or quality control (preferred)
