General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes related to document management and control.
  • Check quality of documents.
  • Set up project folder/ filling systems.
  • Monitor process.
  • Prepare logs.
  • Monitor logs for actions and responses.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure documentation is in order.
  • Ensuring that company policies and regulations regarding document control are being met.
  • Implement stringent security measures to protect confidential information, including access controls, encryption, and data loss prevention strategies.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of documents to authorized personnel.
  • Analyze organizational document workflows and identify areas for improvement.

  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in information management or a related field from accredited university.
  • With 7+ years of experience document/information management, including previous experience.
  • Technical knowledge of document and content management systems and standard data management applications.
  • A systematic and analytical approach to work and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as excellent presentation and presentation skills.
  • Work experience on a practical scale
