About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional leader to shape the future of our Trivandi Academy business, with a particular focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who can situate our offer as one of the world’s most groundbreaking academies in sport, events and live entertainment.

At this point in our growth, we are looking for an exceptional KSA‑based candidate to be our strategic lead for our Trivandi Academy’s global offering, and potentially to lead Trivandi’s overall business operations in KSA.

Trivandi Academy

As strategic Lead for the Trivandi Academy, you will lead a pioneering global initiative, developing the overarching Academy strategy, driving business development, and becoming the face of the Trivandi Academy in KSA. You will manage our client and potentially GCC relationships, providing learning innovation and capability building services across major events.

You will play a key role in setting and executing global strategy, growing the academy business, attracting new clients and delivering exceptional client outcomes for us internationally and, with a particular focus on KSA. You will ensure outstanding services and work in a uniquely creative, people‑centred way for our clients.

Whilst a background in learning and development and major events is advantageous, it is business development and market penetration that is the core skill required. We are expressly looking for someone to lead the strategic direction of the Academy, grow the business and focus on nurturing our client relationships in line with our international overarching strategy. We will be prioritising candidates with proven experience in these areas.

Trivandi KSA

The role will be based in our Office in Riyadh, where potentially, you may become the Trivandi Strategic Lead for KSA region and oversee a small but growing team. Your role will include collaboration with our global team of Sector and Service Leads to ensure a strategic approach to the region and drive business development region. It may include travel to our other offices around the world. You will manage and nurture our client relationships and play an integral role as part of the Trivandi global leadership team.

Strategic Leadership and Business Development

Define and deliver the overall vision and strategic roadmap for the Trivandi Academy (globally) including:

• Business development, market foothold and client relationships
• Be accountable for the commercial performance of Trivandi Academy and potentially Trivandi KSA, including revenue, profitability, and long‑term growth.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning working in partnership with our sector and service leads.
• Lead high‑impact bids positioning Trivandi Academy and Trivandi as leading experts in the field of live experiences and Trivandi Academy as leaders in major/mega event training, education and experience‑based learning programmes.
• Collaborate with Trivandi’s leadership to integrate KSA activity with wider strategic goals.
• Be an active member of the Leadership and Directors Groups, shaping business‑wide conversations.
• Represent Trivandi in industry forums, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.

Learning and Development Service Lead (dependent on experience)

• Lead on the development of L&D IP and the delivery of programmes
• Oversee where required or collaborate and support with the creation and delivery of digital learning assets and capability frameworks (e.g. ME101).
• As a team, ensure the high‑quality, scalable delivery of workforce and volunteer training across regions and programmes.
• Embed a data‑informed approach to learning outcomes and engagement impact.

Client Engagement & Executive Development

• Build strategic relationships with clients, oversee programme delivery, quality assurance and client satisfaction on all projects
• Embed Trivandi’s values and leadership behaviours across all KSA‑led activity.
• Drive internal engagement through culture campaigns, learning opportunities, and executive development aligned to business priorities.

Trivandi KSA

• Build, lead and nurture a creative, high‑performing team instilling and exemplifying Trivandi values and ways of working for the KSA office
• Provide strategic leadership for all KSA business operations, ensuring alignment between operational execution and company strategy.
• Ensure compliance, licensing and risk management, maintaining operational standards and adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Oversee and monitor business performance, establish governance, and provide reports and key metrics to track business health, operational effectiveness and manage risk and commercials effectively to drive data‑informed decision‑making.
• Identify and drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion process improvement and innovation.
• Act as a key liaison across departments, ensuring alignment between commercial, financial, and operational goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Fundamental

• Achieved significant revenue and profitability success
• Proven success leading and growing a business or business unit
• Experience providing consultancy and leading complex programmes globally
< track record of winning and delivering complex programmes with measurable outcomes
• A strong commercial mindset and executive level financial literacy and experience managing P&L
• Extensive experience globally and specifically in the KSA and MENA Region
• Demonstrable client relationship skills and ability to deliver high quality client services
• Outstanding presentation, writing and influencing skills
• Saudi national
• Arabic Speaker (Fluent – Written & Spoken)
• A degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

• Significant experience leading Consultancy in a global or KSA based Management Consultancy
• Experience in the major events, venues, infrastructure or live experiences sectors
• Proven experience developing and delivering impactful leadership, learning and development programmes, ideally in a consultancy capacity
