You’ll lead a talented team in creating infrastructure that enhances accessibility, visitor experience, and the operational efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Strategic Planning and Policy Development
• Develop and implement long‑term strategies for the road network and parking systems.
• Create policies that support traffic management, road safety, and sustainable transportation practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations concerning roadways and parking.
• Oversee the construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation of roads, highways, and parking facilities.
• Prioritize projects based on condition assessments, traffic demands, and available funding.
• Ensure roadways and parking areas meet safety standards, accessibility requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for roads and parking services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Explore funding opportunities, including grants, partnerships, and alternative financing options.
• Supervise major road and parking development projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing traffic flow, reducing congestion, and enhancing road safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10‑15 years of experience in road and parking infrastructure management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex infrastructure projects with successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of road design standards, parking systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and developing high‑performing teams.
